My Story

How I went from working long shifts in cafés and restaurants to building a career in Germany and the system that’s helped 150+ internationals do the same.

My Story

A few years ago, I started from zero in Germany.

No network.
No insider connections.
No clear roadmap.

Just a lot of ambition and a lot of rejection.

To pay my rent, I worked two jobs.

In the mornings I opened a coffee shop and baked croissants at 7 a.m.
At night I worked in a restaurant until the last customer left.

Most days I was exhausted.

But every morning something caught my attention.

Across the street from the apartment complex where I worked, there was a tall reddish office building.

At 9 a.m., people would arrive with coffee in their hands. Nice coats. Colleagues greeting each other at the entrance.

And every single day I thought the same thing:

“One day I’ll work there.”

Conference

But the job search wasn’t going well. My inbox was full of rejection emails.

"Unfortunately we have decided to continue with other applicants."
"For this position we require German."
"You are too young, apply again next year."

At one point I had been rejected by more than 1,000 positions.

Most people would have given up.

But I knew something was wrong with the process, not with the candidates.

So I became obsessed with understanding how hiring actually works.

I studied how recruiters screen CVs.
How LinkedIn is used in hiring decisions.
How networking really works behind the scenes.
How strong candidates position themselves.

Every day after work I improved my strategy.

And slowly things started changing.

More responses.
More conversations.
More interviews.

Then one day something incredible happened.

An offer arrived in my email.

At the bottom of the contract was the company address.

The same reddish office building across the street from where I used to clean apartments.

The same building I looked at every morning thinking:

“One day I’ll work there.”

BridgingGaps

And now I finally did.

That moment changed my life.

Because I realized something important:

Most talented international professionals don’t fail because they aren’t capable.

They fail because no one teaches them how hiring works.

So I decided to change that.

Since 2021, I’ve turned everything I learned into a system that has helped 150+ international professionals land English-speaking roles in Germany, including jobs at companies like Tesla, JP Morgan, Siemens, Zalando, and eBay.

Many of them started exactly where I did.

No German. No network. No idea where to start.

Today they have careers they once thought were impossible.

Because the truth is simple:

Landing a job in Germany isn’t about luck.

It’s about strategy, positioning, and knowing how the system works.

And once you understand that system, the opportunities open up.
